State of the Art:
W.E. Greer Ltd. - a Nilfisk-Advance “AAA” certified service centre - has two service locations within Alberta: Edmonton and Calgary. Our Service Department is supported by $50,000 in parts inventory, allowing us to have the most frequently required parts in stock. In case of an emergency, we also have fly-in parts ordering. As well as on-site experts, you will also have access to U.S. technical service for Nilfisk-Advance equipment.
Technicians:
Greer Technicians are trained at Nilfisk-Advance in the USA. Edmonton has two full-time factory-trained Service Technicians and Calgary has one.
Computerized Service Call Scheduling System:
Our Service & Equipment Coordinator is dedicated to scheduling all service calls to ensure customer requests are dealt with in a timely and effective fashion. All requests for service are logged into a computerized service call scheduling system as they are received. Reports are available which will show various communications between you the customer and W.E. Greer Ltd.
Computerized Factory Software:
Our EZ Parts system allows our staff to view each piece of equipment in an assembled and disassembled state part-by-part on a computer screen, allowing us to determine exactly which component you require.
